More about Dr. Brower
Dr. Brower enjoys lecturing and publishing articles for his peers. He currently travels across the United States lecturing to doctors on dental implants. He is a recognized expert in the field. Here you can see him teaching a course in implants for OCO Biomedical.
Dr. Brower and Family
Dr. Brower and his wife, Peggy, have been married 19 years. They have 4 children. Their children’s names are Morgan 15, Sidney 13, Johana 9, and Joshua Simon 6. Dr. Brower and his family are heavily involved in tennis. Morgan is currently South Dakota State Tennis Champion.>
Morgan and Sidney enjoy playing doubles together. Johana competed in her first tennis tournament in November 2010. Joshua Simon is heavily involved in anything electronic from his leapfrog to his sister’s DS games when they aren’t looking.
Their dad (Dr. Brower) is their main coach, but has other coaches help with individual expertise. Dr. Brower competes regularily against other dentists throughout the U.S. in the United States Dental Tennis Association.
Dr. Brower enjoys woodworking and is a member of the Siouxland woodworkers guild, Minnesota woodworkers guild, The Society of American Period Furniture Makers, and the Guild of master craftsman. He is past president of the Siouxland woodworkers guild, has written extensively for magazines, and published a book through the Guild of master craftsman on the technical aspects of wood drying and it’s use. He advises Wood magazine in Des Moines Iowa as needed which is the largest woodworking publication in the world. He has trained under a master woodworker as an apprentice, and studied wood sculpture in Austria using notes from Michaelangelo. He is an award winning woodworker, and his craftsmanship can be found in many states throughout the U.S.
Dr. Brower grew up in Sioux Falls South Dakota and graduated from Washington High School which is now the Washington Pavillion. Peggy grew up in Vermillion, South Dakota. They met while attending the University of South Dakota as undergraduates.
