This nice young woman was born missing her upper lateral incisors.  We provided limited orthodontic movement to create space for implants.  Due to the width of the bone she had, and her urgency to have teeth for her upcoming high school photos she elected to have placed immediate load implants and crowns made in office for her new implants.  From the first photo with with no teeth to the final with implants and crowns on her teeth and a big smile there is less than 2 hours of elapsed time.  These photographs and surgery are the exclusive property of Dr. Josh Brower and can not be distributed or reproduced without his express written permission.  Happily we can say that these implants and crowns have been in place successfully for years.
