To thank you for sending us the people you care about, the next time you send us a new patient for dental services, we will give you a gift certificate according to the number of referrals. Just a little gift of appreciation from us to you.

How it Works

Each new patient you send to us will receive a free exam including x-rays and gum disease screening as part of their first visit when they get their teeth cleaned. Simply cut out the gift certificates at the top, give them to the people you care about, and have them call us to schedule an appointment. On the back of each one, please write your name so we know who to thank for the referral. You may count one member of your family as a referral after you have become a patient.  This program may not be combined with any others.
